Based on the additional informaiton provided through the support channel, the problem is in the use of the 1.3 JRE for the agent. You need to use a 1.4 JRE (at least) on the server and agent for this to work as expected. The JRE bundled with the standard agent package will work,. If you installed the noJRE package, you will have to update your own Java installation to meet the requirement. Let us know if you need additional details, or if this fails to resolve your issue.
