I did an extra check and it only happen when there are multiple alerts which went off (which were triggered by the same alarm) for the volume. When I click on the alert, which is visible on the dashboard (recent alerts), I get the alert details. When I click on "<< Return to Alerts" I get the stack trace. This doesn't happen when there is only 1 alert entry in the alerts table. |
