Hi All,

The Sigar license has been changed to Apache 2.0 and we plan to make the wider announcement with the 1.7 release (Q1 of 2011).  Given the interest in the Apache 2 licensed version, I have uploaded the 1.6.4 binaries to sourceforge (from http://hudson.hyperic.com/job/sigar-1.6-release/4/) and updated the Sigar wiki.  Hope this helps!
