[Hyperic-hq-discuss] using HQ in Java applets

Hi

I want to develop a java applet to retrieve just the cpu, ram information from the client machine. off-course, client machine may have windows platform or mac or linux etc. Can HQ help me in this scenario? Can I use it in java applets?
