Hi Justin,

This doesn't sound like a linkage issue, SigarFileNotFoundException will be thrown by this method if the disk name is invalid.  For example:
java -jar sigar.jar iostat g:\
g:\ No such file or directory

dir g:\
The system cannot find the path specified.
