[Hyperic-hq-discuss] Can SIGAR connect to other machines?

Can SIGAR connect to other machines on the network?  If so, could someone provide an example of how that would be done?

In other words, SIGAR connects to the local machine and gets information, such as cpu and memory usage, about it, so can SIGAR connect to a different machine and get the same information?
