When I create an escalation and create an action for this which would send a sms with the option "Notify other recipients" and fill in a email address, it won't send an email to those addresses. It will only send when you use the option "Notify HQ Users" and select a users which has set a "SMS Address".
Would be nice if it would be possible to use the "Notify other recipients" option.

I don't suppose you could upgrade to 3.0.2 (just released today) and try again?
That is, the behavior you describe is not supposed to happen in 3.0.0 or 3.0.1. However, it always makes troubleshooting easier if you are on the most recent release.
