i have just downloaded the sigar files but i really dont know how to use this.
do i have to install?please help me..i know this is such a dumb question.

Hi,

what do you want to do with SIGAR ? You probably know that SIGAR is already part of Hyperic HQ. It contains all binaries and libraries. 
A good start would be to read the documentation:

i want to use the classes. how can i do that?
i've set the path but got this error:

Hi,
I am new to SIGAR. I want to monitor the status of ActiveMQ. After going through the net manuals about SIGAR, I thought it would satisfy my requirement.
I want to use SIGAR in C application. Can any one please help me in starting a basic C program using SIGAR. 
I have downloaded hyperic-sigar-1.6.3-src. Please let me know what i need to do further.
