I have previously gotten assistance from Charles L. on a query to provide system availability, under 2.7.7.

However with the client not always starting on servers after a reboot, I need to adjust the data manually or progmatically to more accurately reflect system availability. I have considered using the uptime value but need assistance developing the sql statement to adjust the "value" in the query above.
