I'm using a windows 7 64 bits. 

I'm getting an access denied when i try to fetch processes information. does somebody know how to fix the problem? thanks

Hello,

I do not have Windows 7 to test, but we found a similar problem with Windows 2003 as the process/agent need to run with Admin priviledges to sample all running processes.

In our case we run the agent as a Windows Service, and this provides all the credentials to sample all processes.
