Sybase 12.5.x monitor stop working after upgr

Hello,

After i did the upgrade to version 4.4 the sybase metric
collection stop working.

Already have the jconn3.jar in
\bundles\agent-4.4.0-1509\pdk\lib\jdbc also the 4.4 agent did not have
the folder...
