#992 [HHQ-1845] Retain form data in Configuration Properties when

When entering configuration in the Configuration Properties dialog for a newly added resource, if a mistake is made (e.g. wrong path to error log for log_track config), the subsequent page presenting the error message has all the form fields wiped out (except those having default values specified in plugin descriptor). It'd sure be a lot easier to just correct the errant field and resubmit, rather than entering everything all over again.
