#918 [HHQ-1171] Add log monitoring to Oracle plug-in to allow tra

It is common to want/need to track the Oracle alertLog, and correlate this information with other Oracle metrics. It would be useful to have log tracking enabled for the Oracle plug-in to serve this purpose. The alternative, monitoring this log at the platform level, seems to create an unnecessary disconnect for Oracle monitoring.
