#917 [HHQ-51] Autodiscovered Apache has wrong path to apachectl

I don't think this affects the metric collection, but certainly when I tried to update the configuration without changing the "program" property, I would get an error saying that the path to apachectl was incorrect. I have the watermelon install, so the correct path is /usr/sbin/apachectl. Seems like the plugin ought to be able to verify this pretty easily and get the correct install path.
