#4619 BIND plugin only parses old-style named.stats files

Hello,

BIND changed the format of its named.stats files a while back--several years at least. The BIND plugin, as is, doesn't look to have been updated since 2007. Would you update the plugin to handle either the XML statistics channel (via HTTP) or the newer named.stats format?

In the meantime, I'll write my own plugin, but I think other folks could benefit from this.

A heads-up: in checking with the folks on the bind-users list, all versions of BIND since 9.5.0 have used both the newer-style statistics files and the statistics server. ISC's planning a new XML schema to be standard in BIND 9.10, so depending on people's BIND versions, there will be at least 3 different sets of data to parse.
