During installation, Hyperic runs this query against Oracle DB.

SELECT ROLE FROM SESSION_ROLES

The result set of the above query should contain "CONNECT" or "DBA" as roles, explicitly. If the result set doesn't contain either of the two, the installation stops.

The customer has a group role, which internally had all CONNECT privileges. But since "CONNECT" was not explicitly present in the result set, installation failed.
