RabbitMQ plugin - Default values for availability collection interval is greater than metrics collection interval.

For Channels, Connections and Virtual Hosts, the default collection interval for availability is greater than the default collection interval for metrics. This may cause newly discovered channels, connections or virtual hosts to show unavailable while collecting metrics until the collection interval for availability has properly passed and reports available.

See attached screenshot 'availability greater than metrics collection interval.jpg'.

As with other plugins, the default collection interval for availability is equal or lower than the highest default collection interval for metrics.

Expected Result:

The default collection interval for availability is equal or lower than the highest default collection interval for metrics; metrics should not collect before availability.

Actual Result:

The default collection interval for availability is greater than the default collection interval for metrics and may show unavailable while metrics are collecting/reporting.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. With RabbitMQ being monitored by Hyperic and all default collection intervals unmodified, add a new connection.

2. Log into Hyperic.

3. Examine RabbitMQ server and look for newly added connection (step 1).

4. Note availability initially shows as unavailable yet metrics are being collected.

Additional Information:

This problem may only be seen at initial discover of new services as once the collection interval for availability has lapsed, the availabilty will be correctly reported.
