The activemq plugin seems to only be designed for local access to the JMX Mbeans. If a user sets the parameters for JMX (as mentioned here: http://activemq.apache.org/jmx.html) the plugin will not work and the user will not be able to retrieve the mbean data.

We should add the ability to add the info from the ui, or auto-detect it.
