#4507 [HHQ-4354] Gemfire plugin - Used CPU and Used Heap for Cache

Gemfire plugin - Used CPU and Used Heap for Cache Server and Gateway Hub show No Metric Data Available.


 


When monitoring Gemfire, the metrics 'Used CPU' and 'Used Heap' do not collect and show 'No Metric Data Available' on the Indicators for both Cache Server and Gateway Hub. There appears to be no collection even though the collection interval is set.

Expected Result:


All available metrics can collect and report

Actual Result:


Metrics 'Used CPU' and 'Used Heap' do not collect and report

Steps to Reproduce:


1. Add Gemfire Distributed System to Hyperic


2. Allow servers and services to be discovered


3. Allow metrics to collect and report


4. Select Cache Server or Gateway Hub Auto-groups


5. Note the 'Used CPU' and "Used Heap' metrics do not collect and show 'No Metric Data to Display'
