#4404 [HHQ-4300] JDBCQueryCache does not handle multiple connectio

There's a bug in JDBCQueryCache where it doesn't save/retrieve values based on jdbcUrl with the keys. So it just saves and retrieves a key and overwrites the key/value with the latest one saved and ignores the connection/jdbcurl.
