#4397 [HHQ-4275] Agent upgrade does not update Build # in HQ Healt

Agent upgrade does not update Build # in HQ Health.

After upgrading a hq-agent from pre-4.5 to 4.5, the Build # in Administration --> HQ Health --> Agents is not updated. The previous build number remains.

Expected Result:


The Build # is correctly reflected in an agent upgrade, whether or not there is an actual build number.

Actual Result:


The Build # is not updated and previous value remains.

Steps to Reproduce:


1. Upgrade hq-agent via UI


2. Examine Administration --> HQ Health --> Agents


3. Note the Build # from the previous agent is displayed
