Steps:
1.On the portal, logged in as admin
2.Navigated to HQ Health page
3.Selected Diagnostics option -"Metrics not returning"
Result:
The result portion of the tab remained blank for 20 mins and there was no spinner indicating that the query was still in progress.
Not a 'major' because customer impact is not huge, given this feature is not used extensively by customers.
