#4369 [HHQ-4288] Delete a user that is associate with alert for No

Steps to Reproduce

Create a user "Test" with a proper email address


Add an alert to a platform resource where condition is met


Go to notify hq0user tab


Add "test" user


Let alert fired and verify that notification is send


Go to Admin and delete "Test" user

Actual Results:
