#4329 [HHQ-4026] Browser memory consumption issues in Group page i

Steps to reproduce:

precondition: Presence of compatible group with more than 1000 resources

1.Login to HQ portal


2. Click on resources page


3. Click on Groups tab


4. Select any large size group (results for different sizes presented below) and click to go to its indicator page

Result:


Internet Explorer (7 and 8), Group with 8000+ resources:


The browser's memory consumption steadily increases as this page begins to load. The page did not complete loading over a few mins even as it reached over 1.7 Gb memory consumption (on IE6, noticed an out of memory error at 1.4G)

Internet Explorer (8) Group with 1000+ resouces:


The browser's memory consumption increased till 0.5 GB when the page load completed. When the page load is complete, there appears a large blank space under the charts on this page making the page size thrice or more than it's total data / chart filled size.

Firefox 3.5 with Group 8000+


Browser's memory consumption increases to 0.5 Gb and then the page loads. Blank space after page noticed on one machine and not on the other with Firefox.
