Attached screenshot shows VM platform availability chart for a group of VMs within 15 minutes of them getting auto discovered/imported. Out of 18 lines shown on the chart at least 9 starts their availability =0 and then switches to 1 at various intervals (1 to 5 minutes). In reality these VMs were never down, its possible that after auto discovering them the schedule sync/first collection is taking longer then expected and backfiller is marking them down. If someone is using HQ for VM availability SLA this will cause skew.
