#4275 [HHQ-4174] MS SQL Server plugin metrics need to be renamed a

This is related to SUPPORT-8428

There are several metrics that are causing confusion in this plugin. One example is "Full scans/sec". It makes it appear as though it is calculating the number of Scan per second, when it is really calculating the number of total scans. It is also set to collectionType=dynamic, when it should be trendsup.

The current list of metrics needs to be looked at and the appropriate changes need to made to make these metrics useful to the user.
