#4271 [HHQ-4170] Add support for MQSeries 6 and 7

HQ 4.2 ships with an mqseries plugin that only supports 5.x. There is a beta version of this plugin on the HyperForge that adds support for 6 and 7. This ticket is a new feature enhancement to get this support into the core product.
