#4269 [HHQ-4030] HQ Build number doesn't show up in footer with sn

I installed hqee installer using snapshot build. In UI the footer doesn't show build #. See attached screenshot.

In 4.3- the footer looks like this -> [About HQ Version 4.3.0-EE (build #1443 - May 17, 2010 - Release Build)]
