#4204 [HHQ-4077] Deleted VMs are not removed from HQ inventory

To reproduce

Stop and delete a VM, via vSphere client, which is monitored by HQ vSphere plugin


Deleted VM shows up as unavailable in HQ (this may result in availability down alerts)

Expected result:


VMs that are stopped and deleted using vSphere client should be removed from HQ inventory
