#4180 [HHQ-4049] Update URL description in Configuration Propertie

Update URL description in Configuration Properties for vSphere plugin . The description indicates 'VI sdk url' but should indicte 'vCenter sdk url'.

Expected Result:


The description fields are accurate

Actual Result:


The url description indicates VI but should specify vCenter

Steps to reproduce:


1. Log into HQ Server and Browse Resources


2. Selec platform for vCenter server


3. Select vCenter server from within Deployed Servers Health


4. Click the Inventory tab


5. Click the Edit button within the Configuration Properties section


6. Note the description for the url

Details and information for Configuration Properties should also be specified; currently there is nothing (blank).
