#4165 [HHQ-4031] Agent Commands button or Live Exec button on View

Agent Commands button or Live Exec button on Views tab does not display using Firefox 3.5.9. This is intermittent but for the most part, usually does not display. When viewing the Views tab, the button is missing but the arrow and description: 'Please choose a view from the list above.' is displayed.

Expected Result:


The Agent Commands button or Live Exec button should be displayed when the Views tab is viewed

Actual Result:


The Agent Commands button or Live Exec button is NOT ALWAYS displayed when the Views tab is viewed

Steps to reproduce:


1. Using Firefox 3.5.9, log into the HQ Server Dashboard


2. Browse and select an OS Platform


3. Go to the Views tab


4. Note the Live Exec button is missing


5. Go back to Browse and select an OS Platform with hq-agent installed


6. Click the HQ Agent link from within the Deployed Servers Health


7. Go to the Views tab


8. Note the Agent Commands button is missing

Work around:


Try to Refresh the Page


If refresh does not display the button, use Internet Explorer
