#4139 [HHQ-3939] Support for Bind 9.5 and up

In Bind 9.5 the format of the statistics file has changed considerably. In 9.4 and prior the format was:

+++Statistics Dump +++ (timestamp)


success <somenumber>


referral <somenumber>


nxrrset <somenumber>


nxdomain <somenumber>


failure <somenumber>


recursion <somenumber>


--- Statistics Dump --- (timestamp)

In 9.5 and up, the stats file is much more detailed and not compatible with the existing plugin. All existing data is present, but the plugin will need to be updated to parse the new values.
