#4131 [HHQ-4000] HQ-Health displays unknown FQDN after deleting HQ

Steps to Reproduce

Install HQ server and Agent


Start HQ Server and Agent


Click Add to Inventory


After server runs for a while


go to Servers from Browse resource page


Select All and then click delete

Actual Results

HQ-health agent tab displays "UNKNOWN" for FQDN

Expected Results:

If there is only one agent monitoring ,we need to restrict ,deletion of HQ-agent from servers list
