#4055 [HHQ-3893] Alert can be created with No name

Steps to Reproduce

Go to Platform Monitor page


Click on Alert tab-->Configure-->New


From Condition drop down -->Select any Metric


Click on Value Change radio button


Click OK

Actual Results

Alert with No name is created

Expected Results:

If Alert name is not provided by user then alert definition name is the first condition.

NOTE:This happens for all the below condition


Inventory Property


Events/Logs Level


Config changed and match file name
