Steps to Reproduce

Add a Network Device platform "Test Network Device"


 Enable Log Tracking, then click OK.


Go to agent.properties and add this "snmpTrapReceiver.listenAddress=udp:0.0.0.0/1620"


Restart the agent


stop SNMP device


start SNMP device

Actual Results:

Nothing is log in eventlog/tracking
