Add --group as option for hqapi createService and createServer.

Would need to check for group members which can be a parent of the service/server.

The idea would be to replace the groovy snippet at: http://support.hyperic.com/display/hypcomm/HQU+Create+HTTP+Snippet in hqapi. To allow easier shell scripting.
