#3752 [HHQ-3226] Platform alert firing when JBoss/Tomcat is brough

Steps to reproduce:

1. Have a Win32 platform with JBoss and Tomcat.
   
   
2. Set up Availability alerts for JBoss, Tomcat, a FileSystem Mount and the Agent (must be agent Availability, not platform Availability metric)
   
   
3. Stop the JBoss server
   
   

You should expect to see alerts fire for JBoss and Tomcat. You will see alerts fire for those but you will also see alerts fire for the FileServer Mount and the HQ Agent resources.

Note: unknown if the particular mount point is relevant.
