#1810 [HHQ-291] Improvements to Edit Metric Template page

The Edit Metric Template page is a little tedious to use. An idea for improving it would be to make all the "Default On" and "Indicator" fields checkboxes. Could even make the Collection Interval field for each metric a text field or maybe a drop-down. I am open to other ideas, but the usability of this page is not good. If the ideas I just mentioned were implemented, I believe the page would be both easier to understand from the user standpoint as well as easier to use.
