#1801 [HHQ-2196] Escalation modifications change should be reflect

Currently, "If you edit an escalation that is currently in progress, the escalation will be stopped. After the final wait time


   has finished, the escalation will end and no longer be in progress. Only escalations in progress can be


   acknowledged or fixed and have 'previous recipients' notified. Escalations no longer in progress can be


   'fixed' but will not notify anyone"

Improvement request to have any escalation change be reflected next time the escalation is looped through.
