#1799 [HHQ-2195] Need Links to Affected Resources in Availability

While the Availability Summary Portal gives a summary of how many instances of the selected resources are up and down, you can't link to the selected list of affected resources. When you do select the resource type link for each total, it shows all resources of that type, not the set that are selected for that portal. That makes a clear incongruity between the fact that you can select which instances you want to report on and what instances are listed when you follow the link of that resource type.

Improvement request to add link to the affected resources the user defined in the Availability portlet rather then ALL the resources for that type
