#1789 [HHQ-2194] Improvement to have 'Agent Connection' list sorte

When creating a new Platform and selecting the IP address from the 'Agent connections' drop down box, it would be nice if the agents were sorted by IP address. Currently, the IP address are in a random order and having to search through 200-300 hundred agents can take some time.
