#1783 [HHQ-2070] MySQL 4.1 auto discovery broken

Auto discovery for MySQL 4.1.22 binary distribution is broken in 3.2.3 (running agent as root or mysql user).

Sigar ps shows following for mysql process:


14429 mysql 00:24 103M 14M 2.5M S 0:0 /extra/app/mysql-standard-4.1.22-pc-linux-gnu-i686-glibc23/bin/mysqld

Manually configuring MySQL works fine.
