#1714 [HHQ-1745] Need to changed default hq agent path

Steps to Reproduce:

Install HQ Agent


You can now start your HQ agent by running this command:

 /local0/hyperic/HQ-4.0.0-EE-642/agent-4.0.0-EE/hq-agent.sh start

agent start up script is in bin folder for release 4.0.0

You can now start your HQ agent by running this command:

 /local0/hyperic/HQ-4.0.0-EE-642/agent-4.0.0-EE/bin/hq-agent.sh console
