#1579 [HHQ-2119] Browse Resource Chart View time line not configur

If you are looking at a resource and change the metric display range, that value is used for all metric graphs. Except at the Browse Resource level for chart view. That always shows 8 hours and each time slice is 30 minutes.

Expected behavior is the metric display range is applied to all graphs in HHQ.
