#1555 [HHQ-2099] HQ UI Dashboard - Adding one wide portlet results

Selecting one wide portlet results in adding all the portlets at the Dashboard.

Steps to reproduce:


1) Go to Dashboard page


2) Close all the wide portlets


3) Just add one of the wide portlets (for example: Favorite resources)


4) All the portlets are appearing
