#1508 [HHQ-2058] 4.0.0 agent gets time out on HP-UX box

Steps to Reproduce:

Install 4.0.0 on HP box


Start the agent with no-wrapper or wrapper

Actual Results:

bash-3.00$ sh hq-agent-nowrapper.sh start


Starting agent


- Invoking agent


- Starting agent process


Error invoking agent: Timed out waiting for Agent to report startup success

Note:Blair did look at the HP box (INFRA-166),3.2.2 agent works fine
