#1489 [HHQ-2053] IE6 issues with New UI

Steps to Reproduce

1.No drop down for Resources and Analyze

Java Script Error:hyperic undefined

2.Java Script error for All the pages

3.Administration page has lot of white space in bottom

4.Cannot click on Search from the Dashboard

5.Need to Mouse click to sign in(doesn't work if we input user and password and click enter)
