#1478 [HHQ-2008] Calender displays wrong month when creating a Con

Calander display wrong month when creating a Control Action.

Steps to reproduce.

-Create new control Action


- Select June from dropdown


- July will get displayed instead if June

Note: This happens with any month selected. It will always jump one month ahead
