#1466 [HHQ-2035] Dashboard Metric Viewer does not reflect resource

When changing a resource name via the UI, the Dashboard Metric Viewer does not reflect the name change.

- Create Metric Viewer with "PlatformA" added to it


- Rename PlatformA to PlatfromB

The name does not get changed to PlatformB in the Metric Viewer. Creating a new Metric Viewer and re-adding resource DOES NOT resolve issue

Workaround is to restart HQ Server at which time the name change will take affect.
