#1381 [HHQ-2010] Improvement so a new group does not need to be cr

 Due to permission checking. The Application has to be in a group where the user's role is included in the group. When trying to keep groups clean, having to make this extra group and put the application in it is not optimal.

Improvement so a new group does not need to be created with the application assigned to it in order to view the Application
